You speak words of power granting yourself supernatural resistance, reaction times, and willpower by fortifying your innate sense of who you are. The target is primed with an utterance that you can trigger at any time later within the next 24 hours as a standard action. No truespeech check is required to prime the target. Once triggered the target gains a +1 resistance bonus to the target's saving throws. You gain an additional +1 resistance bonus when you have 6 ranks in Truespeech, and every four ranks beyond (max +5 at Truespeech 18 ranks).
Reverse: You weaken the nature of a creature, removing what makes them themselves and making them more susceptible to alteration. They take a penalty on one saving throw of your choice equal to the bonus you would gain from the normal utterance (maximum -5 at Truespeech 18 ranks).
Augmentation: For every +10 you increase the base DC by, you can trigger an additional primed instance of this utterance in the same action. For the reversed, you can target saving throw (maximum all three saves at DC 30).
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: The bonus is untyped and lasts for 24 hours.
Reversed: The duration becomes Permanent and applies to all three saves.
