You meditate, leaving yourself helpless while concentrating on this power. You become of the minds of all sentient beings within a 500 mile radius centered on you. Each round you concentrate, the radius increases by another 500 miles. You become aware of the approximate population amount and their approximate locations down to the resolution of a village, and their general makeup (such as being composed mostly of humans, or bugbears, or dragons).
You can choose to limit your search when you manifest this power, including or excluding on any visual traits such as race, height, outfits, or other appearances but not unseen factors such as class, HD, or hp remaining. At any point in the duration you can choose to focus on the power instead of choosing to expand its area. On the first round of concentration you can determine how many creatures fit your search results. On the second round of concentration you can determine their exact locations, and their general location (as per status). On the third round of concentration you can attempt to get an idea on their immediate surroundings and a vague idea of the scene, such as if they are in the middle of combat, if they are alone, or other activities. Unwilling creatures may make a Will save to deny this latter effect. This counts as "studied carefully" for teleportation.
If you are familiar with a creature, you can search specifically for them and gain a much clearer image of the 3rd round of concentration, gaining an actual visual and audio observation as if using scrying. This counts as "very familiar" for teleportation.
You can use correspond as a free action while concentrating on his ability to speak to any creature you have focused on for three rounds, if you possess the power.
Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, the expansion rate increases by 100 miles.
For 4 additional power points, you can attempt correspond even if you do not know the power. However the moment you complete your message both correspond and this power ends.
