Grant Wishes gives the touched creature the ability to make wishes. This effect is a ninth level spell-like ability which automatically counts as producing “greater effects than these”, with the penalties thereof, but otherwise functions as wish. The target receives three wishes.
The caster level of each granted wish is the same as the caster level of the spell bestowing it.
