In a silvery glass jar this thick oily cream is a most potent armor polish that will astound you!
You may apply this shiny material spreading it over any armor and after 10 minutes of making sure it is applied externally the armor takes on an almost ephemeral visual quality making it seem weightless and able to be worn effortlessly. For the next 8 hours the armor has no Maximum Dexterity Penalty to AC, and it has no Armor Check Penalty. The armor is treated as if it were made by force, protecting from ethereal and incorporeal attacks as well as corporeal threats. The polish cannot be removed, but it can dispelled ending the effect prematurely on a successful dispelling.
The polish only works on armor or clothing sturdy enough to have an armor bonus. It is amazingly effective on all inanimate materials from metals, woods, leathers, stones, or whatever people are wearing for protection these days. It does not have the ability to affect Artifact items, nor does it work on living armors.
When applied to any armor an additional time there is a 50% chance that the armor fades from existence permanently whenever the effect of the polish ends.
A newly made jar comes with 10 applications worth of polish.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Disintegrate.
