The psion could be ahead of you, but what if she was to the left. Or the right? Consider the infinite possibilities.
Choose one creature. To that creature you appear to split into up to one copy of yourself per manifester level (no save), must like mirror image. The number of copies is greater than mirror image but more easily broken. Whenever they interact with you they get a Will save to negate the mental illusion either by them attacking you, or you attacking them, once per round. Even on a failed save, any false copy of yourself is destroyed on hit. Immunity to mind-affecting effects also is immunity to this power. The effect also ends of they leave the range of the power.
If augmented to affect multiple creatures, all creatures imagine the same positioning for your duplicates and see the same duplicates vanish when struck.
Augment: For every 2 power points you spend, you can target another creature within 30 ft of the original.
For an additional 2 power points, the range of this power becomes Medium.
For an additional 6 power points you spend, you can choose to regain 1 of your copies every round up to your maximum as a free action.
For every 2 power points you spend on any augmentation, the save DC increases by +1.
