Immaterial[edit]
A creature who no longer has a body and is instead a helpless disembodied spirit. These creatures are the result of various effects which strip a creature of it body without killing it. Beings in these state are often in a transitory state and it is rarely a permanent affair.
This template is easily altered to represent various state of being and has been designed with the bare minimum of abilities.
Creating a Immaterial Creature[edit]
Immaterial is an acquired template that can be added to any aberration, animal, dragon, giant, humanoid, magical beast, monstrous humanoid, or plant.
Size and Type: The creature’s type do not change but it gain the Incorporeal Subtype.
Armor Class: An immaterial creature lose it natural armor bonus to AC, however it gain it Charisma as a deflection bonus to AC.
Special Attacks: A immaterial creature loses access to all of it special attacks.
Special Qualities: A immaterial creature lose access to all of it special qualities, instead it gain the following special qualities:
Immunities (Ex): An Immaterial creature is immune to any effect which would manipulate or move or soul as well as possession effect (such as magic jar in both cases) under normal circumstances. However if it destroyed by such an effect it is bodily dragged into the soulgem or thinaun weapon used to destroy it and remain trapped as normal.
Non-Interaction (Ex): An Immaterial creature is incapable of communicating, exerting any force or dealing any damage. It perceive the world in shade of grey and black, making it barely able to recognize shapes and colors which make it effectively blind to any effect outside of a 30 feet radius around itself.
Recreation (Ex): After being slain, unless its spirit is tied down an Immaterial creature simply return to life 1 rounds after being slain with full hit points.
