Inattentive Hearing
Perhaps you do not pay attention, or are essentially deaf, but you have difficulties hearing anything not directed at you.
Effect: You cannot place ranks in the Listen skill and take a -2 penalty to initiative. These penalties are overridden and do not stack if you are deafened. Out of combat, you do not hear any creature speaking to you at normal volume or lower unless they are speaking directly to you.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
