A swirling cloud of grain sized blue sapphires swirls in a smear around your head. Suddenly it stops, forming a screen which the answer as the answer to your question arrives.
Though it appears to be a destroyed ioun stone, this fragmented crystal is meant to travel in a swarm around your head, often forming a gently pulsing halo. You gain the benefits of the "Lol Media" feat while using this ioun stone. When searching the swarm forms a blue swirl as it "loads", stopping into a flat screen before you with illusory information projected upon it when the answer is received.
If you already have the "Lol Media" feat, it is improved. Researching for a +2 bonus only takes 1d4 rounds. A +4 bonus takes 1d4 minutes. You can gain a +6 bonus with 1d4x10 minutes, and a +8 bonus with 1d4 hours.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, augury.
