A witch's fine finger kept, time-warded and alabaster, still holds sufficient magic to affect the world of the living.
This ornate gilded locket in the form of a cage contains within it a carefully embalmed finger. When worn, the jewelled finger amulet provides you a third ring slot. To equip a ring to the amulet, it must be put on the finger held within the locket. This amulet only provides its benefits while the finger (with ring equipped) is contained within the locket. Equipping or de-equipping a ring from the jewelled finger amulet is an action that requires 1 round.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, gentle repose, must use the disembodied finger of a creature capable of casting at least 3rd-level spells or spell-like abilities.
