Jingly Jangly Suit[edit]
A creation by the incorrigible eijilund plushies, this outfit is a garish mess of bright colors, reflective bits, clicking clacking noisemakers, bells, whistles, zipidee-doo-dahs, and god knows what else. Besides looking like the aftermath of an explosion at a clown school, the jingly jangly suit is highly distracting to any scene there the wearer is present. The wearer takes a -20 on Hide and Move Silently checks. In return, any creatures within 30 feet of a creature wearing this suit must make a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + Charisma modifier) or become distracted, taking a -4 penalty on attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks for 1 round against any creature other than the user, save negates. Creatures must make concentration checks to perform certain actions (such as spellcasting), DC equal to the user's HD + 15. Creatures must save each round they remain in the area of effect. Feline creatures often take a -2 penalty to their saves against the jingly jangly suit.
As a standard action, the user of this suit may make distracting actions on purpose to any one creature within 100 ft. That creature must make the Will save, or be fascinated for 1 round, with the aforementioned -4 penalty on a successful save. Affected creatures must make concentration checks as if they were within the 30 foot range for 1 round; the -4 penalty applies.
The jingly jangly suit takes up the body slot but is not considered armor. The effects of the distraction are a mundane, mind-effecting affect.
