As a swift action, you can spend said gold to acquire any item available at markets. In truth you've always had it on hand, but only now has your cunning plan come to fruition.
Augment: For 6 additional power points, you can manifest this power without spending wealth to a maximum cost of 1/10th your wealth by level. However, you are placed into debt and cannot manifest this power again until the debt is repaid.
