Made by the powerful mind mage and cerebremancer L'ei Kaszim, this spell was made as an improvement of the basic flight spells.

Upon casting this spell the caster gain the benefits of overland flight with a few changes. You can fly at a speed of 80 feet (60 feet if wearing medium or heavy armor, or if carrying a medium or heavy load) with perfect maneuverability (which similarly double the number of miles you can cover by hustling). Even when not flying you are constantly hovering.
