Accelerating to the point where the world is frozen is an exhausting business.
This acts like time stop. However once the effect ends you are slowed for a number of rounds equal to the duration of the time stop effect, and are rendered fatigued. If you are already fatigued, you are exhausted instead. You cannot cast this spell if you are exhausted.
