In a display of ultimate cosmic power, the caster draws a giant meteorite down from space to crash onto a location that they designate. All creatures caught within the area take 1d10 points of bludgeoning damage per caster level and are automatically stunned and knocked prone for one round without a save.
On the caster’s next turn, the meteor explodes, creating a massive explosion that deals 10 points of fire damage per caster level to all creatures in the area struck by the meteor (allowing no save) and anyone within 150 feet of it (allowing a Reflex save for half damage).
After all this, the entire area of the blast (out to the total 165 feet, as described above) is covered in a cloud of smoke. This is identical to a fog cloud spell, and also forces all creatures within it to begin making Constitution checks to avoid suffocation as long as they remain inside and for 1 round afterwards.
