Mohrg[edit]

Mohrgs are the animated corpses of mass murderers or similar villains who died without atoning for their crimes. As punishment for a life of evil, a mohrg is tortured by an endless existance dominated by a hatred for all living things.

A mohrg looks like a gaunt, almost skeletal corpse, and is easily mistaken for a ghoul, skeleton or zombie. The creature's tongue is its most noteworthy feature—long, cartilaginous and clawed.

A humanoid creature slain by a mohrg rises as a mohrgborn zombie at the start of its creator's next turn, appearing in the space that it died (or the nearest unoccupied space). The mohrgborn zombie acts on the same initiative count as its creator, and is under its creator's control.

Mohrg Tactics[edit]

Mohgs rely on stealth and speed to surprise their foes. The mohrg will start combat with paralysing tongue before beating the stunned foe to death with its fists. The mohrg will use paralysing tongue as often as possible in a fight.

Mohrgborn Zombie Tactics[edit]

When a mohrgborn zombie and an ally attack a single foe, the zombie grabs the foe to prevent their escape.

Mohrg Lore[edit]

A character knows the following information with a successful religion check.

DC 15: Mohrgs are the animated corpses of mass murderers or similar villains who died without atoning for their crimes.
DC 20: Those slain by a mohrg rise as mohrgborn zombies under the mohrg’s control.

Encounter Groups[edit]

Mohrgs are found with the zombies born from the corpses of those they have slain.
