Nealan's Erotic Touch

Nealan got himself quite a reputation at Academia Magica for being able to 'finish' a woman with just one touch (a reputation some say he spread himself). Nobody questioned him on it until Ishara, which forced Nealan to develop this spell to prove himself right. Needless to say, not many people sat next to him in lectures after this.

If the target is performing any action that requires concentration when this spell takes effect, the action immediately fails and any resources expended to use it (such as components or spell slots) are lost. On each subsequent round, the target must make a Fort save. If this fails, they cannot perform any action that requires concentration, and must make this check again next round. This effect ends when the target successfully succeeds on the Fort save.
