Overswole Serum[edit]
Upon consuming this bitter acrid serum, the user begins to swell with muscles. Every round their Strength score increases by +1. However their Dexterity is reduced by 1 (minimum 0). This continues until all the users Dexterity is drained away and they are left paralyzed, a condition which lasts for 1 hour. This is not ability damage, but if the user is somehow unable to lower their Dexterity they do not gain the associated bonus to Strength. The paralysis can be ended early with effects which remove paralysis, or upon the duration expiring, at which the user is returned to normal Strength, 1 Dexterity and is once again treated like having normal Dexterity damage.
Once the change to Strength is +4 or greater, the user benefits from powerful build for the duration.
