Unofficial Summary: You know and can use a Magic action to cast the Find Familiar without using a spell slot. You have access to additional options as a familiar: Imp, Pseudodragon, Quasit, Skeleton, Slaad Tadpole, Sphinx of Wonder, Sprite, or Venomous Snake. When you use the Attack Action, you can exchange one of your attacks to have the familiar attack (using its Reaction).
