As you manifest this power you draw all light toward yourself into a sphere of pure photokinetic energy. This causes the illumination level to decrease by two steps within 5 feet of you per power points spent on the power. The darkness while the power is being manifested and 1 round after it resolved. After manifesting the sphere you launch it anywhere within range, where it explodes dealing 15d6 damage with a Reflex save allowed for half. All creature who fail their Reflex save must make a Fortitude save or be dazed for 1 round.
If you manifest this power under direct sunlight it deals an additional +1 damage per dice. A creature damaged or destroyed by light is dealt d8s instead of d6. However if you manifest this power within an area of dim illumination it deals half damage. If you attempt to manifest this power in an area of darkness it automatically fails.
If the Infinity and Beyond feat is used on Photokinetic Sphere, it draws all light within 1 mile per power point spent. The process increases the manifesting time to 3 rounds, however the power deals double damage and is automatically maximized. This is in addition to the normal effect of the feat.
Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by 1d6 points. For each extra 2d6 points of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
