This set of magic items is a pair of rune-etched iron rings, one attached to the end of a thick wooden or bone handle, and the other attached to a leather harness. These rings function exactly like Ring Gates, except the rings are only 3 inches in diameter for Medium creatures, and the transfer is one-way only - What enters the ring attached to the handle, exits the ring attached to the harness - And that creatures cannot attack through them or squeeze through them, regardless of size.
These magic items were designed for partners to still be able to interact intimately while one or the other is traveling, and other similar uses.
Portal Toys can be made for creatures of any size, doubling the size of the rings and the weight for each size above Medium and halving it for each size smaller than Medium. Differences in size add or subtract 500 GP from the base price for each size difference.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Dimension Door.

This magic item set appears to be, and functions exactly as, a set of Portal Toys. Upon use, however, it traps the user(s) as per Iron Bands of Binding, with no save or attack roll.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Dimension Door, Grasping Hand.
Cost to Create: 18,000, 1,440 EXP, 36 days.
