Post-Traumatic Savagery Disease
Infection: injury
DC: 18
Incubation : 1 day, or until next engaged in a stressful situation such as combat.
Damage : 1d3 Con, confusion

Upon waking up, or each time you enter a stressful situation, an infected creature must save vs 1d3 con damage, and make an additional will save vs confusion (lasting 10 minutes or until the stressful situation is over, whichever is shorter). Immunity to compulsion or mind affecting effects does NOT grant immunity to this confusion, as it is based on the disease itself. Every time the infected creature becomes confused as a result of the disease it gains a cumulative +2 enhancement bonus to Strength, which lasts for the duration of the confused condition.

This is a magical disease. You must use calm emotions on the target before curing them with conventional means to remove disease. Heal and greater effects also removes it.
