BURN.
You utter a single word of power that causes one creature of your choice or an unattended object up to a 10 ft cube in size to take 1d6 fire damage and to catch on fire, whether the creature can hear the word or not. The duration of the spell depends on the target’s current hit point total (if a creature, unattended objects always take the worst result). Any creature that currently has 101 or more hit points is unaffected by power word ignition. The fire may be smothered early as a standard action, or anything which can normally extinguish flames.
Hit Points | Duration |
---|---|
25 or less | Permanent until smothered |
26–50 | 2d4+2 rounds |
51–100 | 1d4+1 rounds |
