Puppetbound

You can only talk through your friendly puppet friend.

Effect: You have a hand puppet, which takes up one of your magic item hand slots. While wielding the puppet you can hold, but not wield, items in that hand and any skill checks made with said hand only are made at a -2 penalty. In addition, you are unable to speak at all unless you speak through your puppet. The fact that your puppet speaks gives you a -4 penalty on intimidate checks due to the absurdity of it all. You can only use verbal components via your puppet, and any verbal-only spells always have a somatic component as you need to move your puppet hand.

Your puppet is technically a separate personality than your actual body, and while you and your puppet understand each other telepathically only the puppet speaks for you. If the puppet is ever removed, lost, or destroyed, you are permanently shaken (bypassing immunities) until you can recreate the puppet over the course of 24 hours. You always know the position of your puppet as long as it is within 1 mile of you. Your puppet has no hardness and 1/2 your hp, but is otherwise a normal object when out of your grip.

Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
