Messages written using the bonded quill upon this vellum create an illusory text that can be read by any literate reader. The text begins to fade after the next sunset and totally fades away within a week. The quill appears to have unlimited ink, but only writes upon the bonded vellum.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Tongues, Silent Image, the creator must be literate.
