You can touch the remains of an item up to Huge size which has been destroyed up to 1 round per 2 levels ago, and revert it back to its condition it was that long ago. This can even restore destroyed magic items with its magic intact, though consumed charges are not restored. Alternatively, you can restore a number of points of damage to an object or a construct equal to 1d8 + your caster level.
Reverse: With a touch, you deal damage to an object or construct. You deal 1d8 points of damage per caster level which is not reduced before hardness. If you deal enough damage to destroy the item or construct you can choose to reduce them to dust as if affected by disintegrate. You do not provoke for attacking an attended object, but a successful Fortitude save negates the damage.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, you can only revert up to 1 round ago, or only deal 1d8 damage.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You can choose to revert damage up to 1 day/level ago, and affect a larger area. You can rebuild all items in a 20 ft area centered on yourself.
Reversed: The damage ignores hardness. Alternatively you can choose to destroy a large area of unattended nonmagical material up to hardness 10, destroying a 20 ft radius centered on yourself, a 30 ft cone, or a 60 ft line.
