You reveal terrible and harmful secrets to your target, causing it to take 4d6 damage. The creature's ability to understand the information plays a large role in how harmful this spell is; for each point of Intelligence bonus the target has, it take an additional 3 additional point of damages. For example, a creature with a +4 Intelligence bonus would take an additional 12 points of damage per dice (to a maximum of 10d6+12 damage).
A successful Will save halves the damage, the target take a penalty to it Will save equal to it Intelligence modifier. Despite not being mindless, a creature with an Intelligence score of 2 or lower is immune to the damage inflicted by this power.
Augment: For every additional 2 power points you spend, this power’s damage increases by 1d6 points. For each extra 1d6 points of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
