You tap your rings together and your arms transform into wide feathered wings.
As a free action on your turn you can transform your arms into wings and back again when wearing this pair of rings. Both rings must be worn for the magic to work (price is for both rings). When transformed any objects in your hands are absorbed or dropped at your choice, and you gain a fly speed equal to twice your land speed (average maneuverability). You weigh half as much as before, and you suffer from the Glass Jaw flaw due to your bones becoming hollow, stacking with the actual flaw. Any fortification you possess is reduced by 25% against bludgeoning attacks (treat immunity as 100% fortification).
