A small chime made of ivory, it ringing is pleasant and magical.
When rung, this small ivory chime grant fast healing 2 to the user and all creatures within 20 feet, this fast healing last for 1 minute before fading. Once a creature benefited from the chime a number of time equal to it HDs it cannot benefit from it for 24 hours.
