This tube of toasted bread feels merely lukewarm, but inside is burning hot meat and cheese.
A product of plushies no doubt, this magical foodstuff is surprisingly nonvolatile. It is a calzone of various stuffing, typically meat and cheese, with a bread crust. The magic comes in the method of baking. Once cooked, the inside contents eternally stay warm no matter the outside conditions, while the bread coating is typically lukewarm and does not give an accurate depiction of its contents. It's favored over rations for tasting freshly baked every time.
Care is needed in cooking. If it is cooked too long or too hot, the eater is bound for a burned tongue as the insides will not cool off naturally until the bread is broken. Cooking too fast will result in a hot crust with an ice cold filling which has not been warmed, and its temperature difference preserved by the magic. Allow to cool for 1 minute of piercing the bread before devouring whole.
