Scorched[edit]

Sometimes, when struck by fire or extreme heat, a character could develop a burnt skin. A scorched creature takes a -2 to skill checks and ability checks involving physicality, to attacks and to natural armor bonus (if it has none it doesn't get any penalty to AC). It takes also a -2 to Fortitude and Reflex saves to resist physical harm. If the effect involves fire or heat the penalty is -4. A scorched creature is constantly in pain, needing to make Concentration checks to cast spells or use similar abilities that need concentration. CD is 10 + spell level.

The scorched conditions can only be removed with a Heal check with DC 20, made with appropriate ointments and water.
