Slow Accelerator
You take a bit to get up to speed.
Effect: If you have not moved at least 10 ft in the previous round, your speed is cut in half for that round. When you run, you run one step less (x4 speed becomes x3, x3 becomes x2 or basically unable to run) until you have run for at least 1 round.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
