Smoke Adverse
When the air quality goes down, you tend to suffer.
Prerequisite: Must have a Con score
Effect: When exposed to smoke (but not fog) or any other pollutant in the air that decreases air quality, or when in a low-oxygen situation, you become sluggish and slow. Your movement speed is cut in half and you take a -2 penalty to attack, damage, skills, ability checks, and Reflex saves. This lasts as long as you are in that environment and 1 round after you leave. You are entitled to a Fortitude save to negate this effect (DC 15 + 1/2 HD), but must save each round and if you fail you can only force saves as a standard action to catch your breath.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
