Soaked Powerlessness
You suffer major magical disjunction when exposed to water.
Effect: If you are submerged in water, or completely soaked by it, all non-permanent positive magical effects on you are automatically dispelled with no check required, a permanent effect is suppressed until you dry off, a process that take 10 minutes or exposure to at least 10 fire damages. Additionally, any magic items you wield or wear cease functioning until you are thoroughly dried.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
