I dispute the validity of a "1+half caster level" progression. Spells known at levels below the top 3 or so are generally not very important, so one could reasonably say that the normal Sorcerer goes from 6 relevant spells known (well, 0th level spells are pretty terrible even at level 1) to about 9 relevant spells known. A better progression would probably be something like "3 + caster level, maximum 9", I think. --Foxwarrior 08:08, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
Sorry for taking so long, but no, this is a Erudite-ish Sorcerer. So it gets the Erudite called power limits. AKA 1\2 character level + 1, so you can cast one unique spell per day at level one at 11 at level 20. I could in theory change it, but the Erudite is a slightly better version of a Psion, with downsides to counteract the benefits. The downside of it being the small limit on unique powers per day. And since Erudites are normally stuck with just Psionics, they aren't as powerful as a Wizard could be anyway. Now, with Sorcerers getting the same spells as Wizards, I can't consider making the limit on unique spells per day looser, because that would be broken. Don't agree? Make your own variant. Dis be mine.--YX33A (talk) 20:48, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
