Not sure from fluff why these things get such a huge bonus to Int. Cha is kind of an odd choice too, since evidently the extent of social interactions is to hate everything and everyone including themselves. Are these things undead? All the flavor seems to indicate they are, but Anyway, a cumulative +6 to stats PLUS incorporeality for zero LA? No, just no.
