|benefit=You gain a cohort, not unlike the [[SRD:Leadership|Leadership]] feat, but with no followers and limited to taking levels in the [[SRD:Commoner|Commoner]] class. They arrive unequipped and ready to work. The squire's race much be no more than ECL 1.
Perhaps because they all look the same, or simply due to extraordinary luck on their part, if the squire is killed they can be returned after a 24 hour period of looking for a new one, or looking for a way to revive the old one.
