|reason=I just read over this and most of the racial feats that go with it. Overall, it's decently written and it's nice to see new authors and members contributing. I will note however, that it seems like it isn't actually a +2 LA and is actually only a +1; although it has kind of a lot of racial abilities, none of them are particularly strong and several are offset by penalties.

English is nt my native language and score like "it's decently written"- it is nice.
About LA +2 - main reason for "2" that part "Icemind". Immunity for charm effect - it's usefull ability and I thought it's reason enough for the additional "1" in LA. If you disagree, then it would be interesting to hear your opinion.
Later I going to write to them two or three prestige classes. And maybe after that going to create rules to khajiit.
