Snorting twich powder up your nose, the delivery method for this substance, takes the same action it would take you drink a potion. For 10 minutes per dose you are under the effects of Twitch Powder, which provides a +1 bonus to initiative, a +5 ft. bonus to your base land speed, and a +1 bonus to Reflex saves. You become impatient and a bit short tempered, however, which gets in the way of your ability to concentrate. You also take a -2 penalty to all intelligence, wisdom, and charisma-based skill checks, a -4 penalty to concentration checks, as well as a -1 penalty to Will saves for the duration of the effect.
Twitch powder is highly addictive and requires a character to make a Will save DC 15 whenever they aquire acquire monetary treasure, they reserve 10% of it to spend on more twitch powder. The next time they are able to purchase it using this reserve, 1 dose is immediately consumed. Every time a player fails to beat the DC, it increases by 1. A successful [[SRD:Heal|Heal]] check at the Will save DC allows the Will save DC to be taken at 10 for the next saving throw instead of its normal value. Once a player has made 2 successful saves in a row, they are no longer addicted.
