An ancient order of shieldbearing knight gave these rings to their senior member, the symbolism beyond the Red condor design is now long lost. A ring of the Red Condor has no real effect of it own, however it greatly enhance the wearer's shield. While the ring is worn the wearer's shield's shield bonus to AC is increased by 2 while it ACP is reduced by 3 as it seem extremely stable. As long as the ring is worn and the shield is wielded it is indestructible and gain the [[Invulnerable (3.5e Equipment)|invulnerable]] enhancement (which stack with the actual enhancement).
Once per encounter as an immediate action the wearer of the ring may reflect an incoming spell with his shield (as per [[SRD:Spell Turning|''spell turning'']]), this require an attack roll from you opposed by a caster level check (adding the caster's casting ability score modifier as well) from the caster. If you fail you take a -2 penalty on any saving throw against the spell effect.
