Even if the formatting is fixed, this spell is somewhat of a stinker. I see it trying to balance things being all like "you waste all your expendables", but not everyone has expendables. The rogue with UMD and a scroll of this with his part of warlocks and initiators doesn't particularly care. Heck make it a warlock with UMD (they have it) and they can spend 15 minutes buffing, drinking potions, brewing coffee, and who else knows.
