→I've encountered...naysayers.
:Fun story, former DM of mine. Good guy, haaaaated psionics for some reason. I think he grew up with the clearly broken 2 and 3.0 psionics which had all kinds of issues. 3.5e psi though I can make a strong claim that its more balanced than spellcasting. ::He's a player, actually. And I don't even think he's familiar with balance types. The only reason I didn't point them out is because the two classes he was comparing were equal balance...supposedly. I think if you can show me a broke-as-fuck spellcaster without homebrew or Pun-Pun, I'd be able to show him that melee classes need to be straight upgrades from published material to stay relevant.
