At level 18 the ranger takes a –10 –5 penalty (instead of the normal –20–10) when moving at up to twice normal speed while tracking.
At level 19 when moving at a speed greater than one-half but less than your normal speed, you no longer take a –5 penalty to hide checks or move silently checks. When attacking, running or charging you take a -10 penalty instead of –20 penalty to hide and move silently checks.
