Additionally, whenever you are in an area in which magic functions differently than standard for the material plane, such as on a plane with impeded magic or a wild magic zone, you immediately recognize this fact, as well as how magic is affected in this region. This does apply to temporary effects, but not to targeted effects or effects which apply to a contiguous area of less than 1,600 sq ft (approximately a 25ft radius circle or a 40ft square).
