The Xenotheric subtype is pretty solid, even accounting for everything you wouldn't be getting from this (either because of the overlap from racial features or specifically being excluded in the feat). Specifically it grants immunity to poison, petrification, and form-altering effects, which are pretty great immunities. Add in the ability to take Xeno feats, some of which are very strong, and this is probably VH.
