However, whenever you sleep or heal as if you rested, you're staggered for 1 minute as you wake slowly.
While sleeping with this ring, your dreams are particularly surreal and vivd. Because of how heavily you sleep wearing this ring, it requires a ful-round action rather than a standard to wake you. You must wear this ring for 24 hours before benefiting from the additional healing, although the heavier sleep and vivid dreams take place immediately.
