|specialtext1vision=Masters of pactmaking, they have a lot of tricks up their sleeves. They gain a +2 racial bonus to Appraise, Bluff, Diplomacy and binding checks, and get Appraise as a class skill for all their classes. They can use this skill to assess the price of services. Once per day they can retry a binding check, skill check for making a pact, or any percentile roll for contacting and obtaining something from powerful beings, such as gods, for example in the context of divination magic. Once per day when making any kind of pact or deal they may infuse a spark of magic into it to know automatically if the pact is breached, fulfilled, or otherwise ends, regardless of distance and planar boundaries. This is a supernatural ability.Darkvision|darkdist=60 |special1=Dealer's TrickPlanetsuit

|specialtext1=Nebulars exist because of the spacesuit they wear, and effectively have something similar to a warforged's composite armor. The plating provides a +1 armor bonus, with no maximum Dexterity, no penalties and no arcane spell chance of failure. This garment is not natural armor and does not stack with other effects that give an armor bonus (other than natural armor). This composite plating occupies the same space on the body as a suit of armor or a robe, and thus a nebular cannot wear armor or magic robes while wearing it. Nebulars' spacesuits can be enchanted just as armor can be. The character must be present for the entire time it takes to enchant it. They can take warforged only feats which augment or alter their armor.
|special2=Light Fortification|specialtype2=Ex|specialtext2=They have When a critical hit or sneak attack is scored on a +2 to Sense Motive checks and against enchantments. Once per daynebular, as there is a non-action 25% chance that the critical hit or immediate action, they may increase it to a +4 on a single checksneak attack is negated and damage is instead rolled normally.|special2=Merchant's Will|specialtype2=
|specialtext3special5=Once per dayVoidborn|specialtype5=Ex|specialtext5=Nebulars take no damage or penalties from natural pressure extremes, as a standard actionincluding zero pressure, they may produce a lesser wish, an effect that it's similar and are immune to a wish spell. Using this power is taxing on the body of the Nababb'ib radiation and it suffers 1 point environmental rigors of damage per HDouter space. This damage bypasses any reduction, but its damage can't be healed if They do not as natural healing. The wish may be used need to produce the following effects::*Duplicate any spell of 1st level or lower, even if it’s of a prohibited school. :*Undo the harmful effects of many spellsbreathe, but not above the a first level spell's effect. :*Produce any other effect whose power level is in line with the above effects, such as a single creature gaining a +1 on its next attacks or taking a –1 penalty on its next saving throwthey still have to take nutrients and rest.|special3=Wish-Maker|specialtype3=Su
