|effect=There is a 25% chance that an NPC who sees one of your Flesh Grafts unorthodox appearance may find it interesting or even fascinating. (Treat as a 75-100 on a 1d100 roll.)<br>
There is a 50% chance the NPC will act neutral towards it, either keeping their opinions to themselves or masking their reaction towards it. (Treat as a 26-74 on a 1d100 roll.)<br>
There is a 25% chance that the NPC will be repulsed, frightened, or even offended by the Flesh Graftyour unorthodox appearance.
