* Discipline ([[SRD:Special Abilities Overview#Extraordinary|Ex]]): A hobgoblin exudes competence in battle, gaining a +1 racial bonus to all attack rolls and a +2 bonus to damage when attacking with a manufactured melee or ranged weapon with which they are proficient. In addition, they never have their movement speed reduced by wearing medium or heavy armor.
