You can see the former words of magic, and restore them as they once were. You can return a dispelled effect with its remaining duration from anything that was dispelled up to 1 minute/level ago.
Reverse: You can also reverse and remove the taint of magic from an area. This duplicates greater dispel magic.
Failure: On a failed truespeak check, the returned effect only lasts for 1d4 rounds before vanishing again. For the reverse, you take a -4 penalty on your opposed caster level check.
Primal Utterance[edit]
Normal: You can make a spell permanent as if using permanency. You do not need to pay the experience costs involved.
Reversed: The target falls under the effect of antimagic raySpC for 1 round/level (D).
