This ring is made of highly polished blue stone and it face sculpted to portray an highly detailed seahorse. The wearer of the ring is able to use control water as a spell-like ability at will, additionally any uses of control water that come from any other source instead of the ring (such as spell) affect three time the volume in water.
The true power of the ring is shown only to those already proficient in water magic, when worn any spellcaster may permanently sacrifice a 7th level slot/spell per day (or higher) as a full-round action. If the spellcaster do so any spell with the [water] descriptor casted by the wearer are automatically empowered with no change in casting time or spell level. The sacrifice only need to be made once, and it work even across other stone seahorse rings.
Prerequisites: Forge Ring, control water, creator must know at least one 9th level [water] spell.
